Deviled Crab-Saint Helena Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. fresh crab meat
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. grated onion
    1/2 c. fine buttered bread crumbs
    1 Tbsp. red and green pepper, chopped
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1 egg yolk
    1/2 tsp. mustard
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Melt butter; stir in flour;
    add milk and cool until it thickens.
    Add slightly beaten egg yolk and shredded crab meat and seasonings.
    Cook
    3
    minutes.
    Stir in onion, lemon juice and red and
    green\tpeppers.
    Fill crab or scallop shells with mixture. Sprinkle bread
    crumbs.
    Bake
    in hot oven until top is brown.
