Mix butter with Grape-Nuts.
Beat eggs. Blend in sugar.
Add remaining ingredients with Grape-Nuts mixture.
Blend well.
Pour into a 1 1/2-quart baking dish.
Place in pan of hot water. Bake at 375\u00b0 for about 1 hour.
Knife inserted 1-inch from edge should come out clean.
Stir pudding several times during first 1/2 hour of baking.
Serve warm.

Beat eggs and sugar, then add vanilla and salt.

Combine eggs, sugar, salt and vanilla in mixing bowl.
Add scalded milk gradually, mixing thoroughly.
Pour into six custard cups or 1 1/2-quart casserole.
Sprinkle with Grape-Nuts.
Dot with butter.
Place custard cups or casserole in pan of hot water. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.

Easy Grape-Nuts Pudding

Beat eggs lightly.
Add sugar and salt, then stir in milk. Add vanilla and nutmeg.
Grease 2-quart baking dish and sprinkle with Grape-Nuts.
Add custard mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 30 minutes or until knife comes out clean.

Grape-Nuts Pudding

Heat milk to scalding.
Add the Grape-Nuts and cool.
In a bowl, beat eggs slightly.
Add salt, sugar and vanilla.
Combine with the cooled Grape-Nuts mixture.
Mix well and pour into a buttered baking dish.
Sprinkle with the cinnamon and nutmeg to taste.
Set the casserole in a pan of warm water and bake in a moderate oven until firm, about 45 minutes.

Add lemon rind to butter and cream well.
Add sugar gradually, blending after each addition.
Add egg yolks and beat thoroughly. Add lemon juice, flour, Grape-Nuts and milk, mixing well.
Fold in egg whites.
Turn into greased 8-inch baking dish and place in pan of hot water.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Check after 1 hour.
When done, it has a crust on top with the pudding below.

Grape-Nuts Southern Nut Pie

Put Grape-Nuts in water until water is absorbed. Combine sugar, syrup, butter and salt. Bring quickly to a boil over high heat, stirring until sugar is dissolved. Add a small amount of mixture to eggs.
Beat well, then add remaining syrup to eggs. Stir in softened cereal, along with pecans and vanilla.
Pour into pie shell.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes or until filling is puffed across the top.
Cool before serving.

Beat together first 4 ingredients.
Cover bottom of a 4-quart baking dish with Grape-Nuts.
Pour mixture over Grape-Nuts.
Bake for 1 hour in a 350\u00b0 oven.

Soak Grape-Nuts in 1 cup sweet milk and 1 cup sour milk for 15 minutes.
Add beaten egg. Sift dry ingredients together. Blend with Grape-Nuts mixture. Transfer to 1 large or 2 small greased loaf pans.
Bake 1 hour in a 350\u00b0 oven. Let stand 1 hour and 20 minutes before cutting. Great for toast.

Grape-Nuts Bread

Soak Grape-Nuts in milk for 15 minutes.
After soaking, combine with all other ingredients. Pour into loaf pan that has been sprayed with nonstick spray.
Bake for 45 to 55 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.

Mother'S Grape-Nuts Pudding

In baking dish, sprinkle Grape-Nuts into milk.
Let stand while beating eggs well.
Add sugar and vanilla to eggs.
Mix well.
Combine egg mixture with milk and stir together.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
Pudding should be firm.

Heat milk over medium heat until bubbles form around pan. Then watch for milk to rise.
When milk rises about 1/8 of an inch and foam appears on top, take milk off heat.

Blend into milk.

Pour into glass pan and sprinkle nutmeg on top.
Sit glass pan inside pan with water 1/3 full.
