Grape-Nuts Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sour milk (make sour milk by adding 2 Tbsp. vinegar to milk and letting set for 5 minutes)
    1 c. Grape-Nuts
    3 1/2 c. regular flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. sugar
Preparation
    Soak Grape-Nuts in milk for 15 minutes.
    After soaking, combine with all other ingredients. Pour into loaf pan that has been sprayed with nonstick spray.
    Bake for 45 to 55 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
