Heat Mexican Meat separately from beans.
On each plate, layer chips, meat, then beans, lettuce, tomatoes and cheese preference to taste.
Heat Mexican Meat and 2/3 of tomato juice in large saucepan. In separate pan, prepare Roni-Mac noodles per package directions. When noodles are done, drain and add to meat mixture.
Simmer 5 minutes.
Add more tomato juice if desired.
Serve with side dish of corn, hot rolls or corn bread.
In saucepan, heat Mexican Meat and beans.
In deep dish glass pie dish, layer with tortilla chips and layer of cheese.
When meat and bean mixture is boiling, pour over chips.
Top with another layer of chips and cheese.
Garnish with sliced jalapenos and bake in 450\u00b0 oven (preheated) until cheese is melted.
Serve with side dish of corn.
Roll out biscuits to 3 1/2 to 4-inches in diameter.
Bake over backs of large muffin cups 8 to 9 minutes. Brown meat and drain. Stir in beans, sauce and water.
Heat to boil.
Remove tart cups and fill with meat/bean mixture. Top with lettuce, tomato and cheese.
Brown ground round, breaking into small pieces (crumbled). Drain and add Ro-Tel and jar of picante sauce.
Mix thoroughly. May rinse jar with small amount of water and add to meat.
Lower heat and simmer 15 minutes.

With a metal spatula, remove biscuits from pans.
Fill with meat sauce.

Cook ground beef and drain.
Add chili beans, Mexican style sauce and water.
Cook 15 minutes.
Roll or pat biscuits out and form over bottom side of muffin pans (greased) to make cups.
Bake cups.
Put meat sauce in.
Top with cheese, lettuce, taco sauce, etc.
In large bowl, mix beef, crumbs, 1/2 of the Velveeta (cubed), egg, onion and pepper.
Shape into loaf.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes.
Melt the remaining cheese with 2 teaspoons milk and pour over meat loaf before serving.

Bake at 400\u00b0 for 8 to 9 minutes. Meanwhile, brown meat; drain well.

Combine turkey or beef, package of taco seasoning, 1/2 cup Mexican salsa, bread crumbs and egg whites.
Pour 1/2 cup salsa on top.
Cook at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until done.
Mix meat, tomatoes and chilies, bread crumbs, egg, onion and salt.
Shape into meat loaf and place in shallow baking pan.
Bake in preheated oven at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Then sprinkle cheese on top and return to oven until cheese is melted.
Makes 6 servings.
Heat oven to 350\u00b0. Brown meat (drain). Add remaining ingredients except tortillas and cheese. Bring to a boil. Layer meat mixture, then tortillas. Cover with cheese. Bake 30 minutes.
Mix all the ingredients together and place mixture in a loaf pan with a rack (to remove the excess of grease).
Cook in a pre-heated oven at 350\u00b0F. for about 40-45 minutes until meat is well cooked from inside.
Serve with light sour cream and salsa on top, if you like.
Brown hamburger meat and onions.
Drain.
Mix all ingredients with meat.
Put layer of flour tortillas, layer of meat, layer of tortillas.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Top with grated cheese and place in hot oven until melted.
Saute meat and onions.
Add garlic salt, soups, taco sauce, green chilies and tomato paste; mix well.
Layer in 3-quart casserole with tortillas and cheese.
Cover and cook at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
Uncover; add lots of cheese and return to oven to melt.
Brown stew meat in oil in a large pot. Cover meat with water and boil until tender. Add potatoes, onions, cumin, garlic salt, pepper and enough water to cover potatoes and onions. Cook until potatoes are done. Add stewed tomatoes. Let cook until thick like a stew.
Cook ingredients in a large saucepan on medium high, stirring frequently for 15 to 30 minutes, then simmer for 30 to 60 minutes. Serve on hot dog rolls. Some like to place a slice of cheese in roll, then put meat over it. Hot dogs are also good with this.
Brown hamburger meat.
Add cooked rice, mushroom soup, chicken soup, tomato paste, taco sauce and green chilies.
Heat through. Crush the Doritos chips.
Layer half the chips in a baking dish. Add meat mixture and top with remaining chips.
Sprinkle top with cheese.
Heat in a 375\u00b0 oven until the cheese melts.
Brown meat and onion.
Mix together with soups, taco sauce, tomato sauce, chilies and rice.
Layer Doritos and meat mixture. Repeat.
Top with grated cheese.
Bake 20 minutes at 400\u00b0.
