Mexican Meat Cups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. refrigerated biscuits (10)
    1 lb. ground beef, browned and drained
    1 (15 1/4 oz.) can Mexican style sandwich sauce
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    shredded lettuce
    chopped tomatoes
Preparation
    Roll or pat each biscuit into a 3 1/2 to 4-inch circle. Fit over backs of well-greased muffin pans. Bake in a 400\u00b0 oven for 8 to 9 minutes. Combine meat and sauce in saucepan; heat thoroughly. Remove biscuits from pans; fill with meat sauce. Top with cheese, lettuce and tomatoes. Makes 10.
