Mexican Meat Cups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. refrigerated biscuits
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 (15 1/2 oz.) can chili beans
    1 can Mexican style sandwich sauce
    1/4 c. water
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    shredded lettuce
    chopped tomato
Preparation
    Roll or pat each biscuit into 3 1/2 inch circles.
    Fit over back of greased muffin pan.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 8 to 9 minutes. Meanwhile, brown meat; drain well.
    Stir in beans, sandwich sauce and water.
    Heat to boiling.
    Fill biscuits with meat sauce; top with cheese, lettuce and tomato.
