Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Using a stick blender, combine cream cheese, cottage cheese, and mayonnaise, blending until smooth.
Add remaining ingredients and stir with a fork until well combined.
Lightly coat a small casserole dish or pie plate with non-fat cooking spray.
Pour crab mixture into casserole dish.
Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
I serve this with crackers and torn up chunks of sourdough bread.

In a medium bowl, beat heese, then mash in crab meat.
Stir in shallots, lemon juice and hot pepper sauce.
Spoon into 3 cup baking dish.

Stir cream cheese until soft and mixable.
Cut onion into small fine pieces. Mix into cream cheese.
Finely chop crab meat, mix into cheese mixture and add remaining ingredients into cheese mixture.
Chill for 1 hour.
Mix all ingredients except Cocktail sauce. Place in freezer long enough to allow dip to become firm. Spread onto plate and cover with Cocktail sauce. Chill for 2 to 4 hours before serving.
Mix all ingredients well and add crab meat last so lumps don't get broken up.
Sprinkle top with shredded cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Serve hot with crackers or bread.
You can make ahead and bake
just before serving.
I usually double recipe as it goes fast.
Melt butter; saute onion, bell pepper and jalapeno.
Add soup and let cook on medium heat for 10 minutes.
Add meat; season to taste with Cajun seasoning, salt, pepper and Tabasco or Louisiana hot sauce.
Add garlic last.
Cook 10 minutes on medium heat; let set 10
minutes.
