Crawfish, Shrimp Or Crab Etouffee - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 lb. butter per 1 lb. of meat (whichever you use)
    1 lb. meat
    2 medium onions
    2 big bell peppers
    1 jalapeno for taste
    2 cans cream of celery or cream of mushroom soup
    Cajun seasoning
    salt
    pepper (black or red)
    Tabasco or Louisiana hot sauce
    2 cloves garlic
    rice
Preparation
    Melt butter; saute onion, bell pepper and jalapeno.
    Add soup and let cook on medium heat for 10 minutes.
    Add meat; season to taste with Cajun seasoning, salt, pepper and Tabasco or Louisiana hot sauce.
    Add garlic last.
    Cook 10 minutes on medium heat; let set 10
    minutes.
    Serve over rice.
