Allow cream cheese to reach room temperature and thoroughly blend with bacon-horseradish dip. Spread mixture heavily onto slice of shaved ham and roll each one into a log. Cover and bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 10 minutes or until hot.
Take paper towel and dry moisture off each ham slice.
Let cream cheese set out to room temperature.

Spread a very thin base on ham slice. Roll up ham slice long ways and place toothpicks in place.
Slice on each side of toothpick into bite size pieces. 1 ham slice makes around 10 roll-ups.

Mix well.
Brush 1 side bread slices with butter.
Spread with ham mixture.
Roll as for jelly roll.
Secure with toothpicks.
Arrange rolls on cookie sheets.
Brush with remaining butter.
Bake in 425\u00b0 oven for 12 minutes.
Mix soup and milk in saucepan.
Heat.
Serve with roll-ups.
