Ham Roll-Ups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 slices boiled ham
    12 slices Swiss cheese
    12 broccoli flowerets, cook about 10 minutes
    1 or 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    3/4 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Put cheese on ham and broccoli and roll up.
    Place in shallow casserole seam side down.
    Dilute the mushroom soup with sour cream.
    Pour over roll-ups and sprinkle 1/2 cup grated cheese over that.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 3/4 to 1 hour until bubbly.
    Remove from oven and cover with Durkee onion rings in can.
    Return to oven 3 to 4 minutes.
    Serve over noodles and rice.
