Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F.
Lightly brown smoked sausage and ham in large skillet over medium heat.
Stir in milk and flour; bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
Stir in pasta and cheeses. pour sausage mixture into small casserole dish; pour pasta sauce over top.
Bake covered, 25 minutes.
Uncover and sprinkle with bread crumbs; place under broiler to brown topping.
Spread margarine on one side of bread; remove crusts and cut into small cubes.
Combine cubes, ham, cheese, salt and pepper; stir well.
Beat eggs until foamy.
Stir in milk.
Add egg mixture to ham mixture; stir well.
Pour into lightly greased 13 x 9-inch pan.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Bake uncovered at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Serves 10 to 12.
Beat eggs, milk, mustard and salt.
Tear bread into pieces and drop into egg mixture.
Mix in shredded cheese and ham.
Pour into greased 9x13 pan and cover.
Refrigerate overnight.
Cut bread into cubes. Add garlic. Place in 9 x 13 pan. Cover with ham and sprinkle cheese on top. Beat eggs, milk, mustard, salt and pepper. Pour over all. Refrigerate overnight. Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
Trim crusts from bread and tear into large pieces.
Layer ham and bread in greased casserole.
Mix other ingredients and pour over.
Cover and refrigerate overnight (or for 1 hour). Bake at 325\u00b0 approximately 40 minutes until firm and puffy.
A sharp knife inserted should come out clean when done.
May add shredded cheese as a topping.
Melt 6 tablespoons butter and remove from heat.
Stir in flour, salt and pepper.
Gradually stir in milk and water and cook over medium heat until thick.
Add cheese and stir until melted.
Combine potatoes and ham and add cheese sauce, stir gently, then place in greased casserole dish and set aside.
Melt butter in a skillet; add and brown bread crumbs.
Sprinkle crumbs on top of potato casserole and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.
Grease 9 x 13-inch pan.
Mix bread, ham and cheese in pan. Mix rest of ingredients except margarine.
Pour over ham mixture. Pour melted margarine over all.
Cover and refrigerate overnight. Uncover and bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
Trim crust from bread.
Butter 8 slices.
Put buttered side down in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
Add ham and shredded cheese. Butter the remaining 8 slices.
Place buttered side down on top of ham and cheese.
Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Line the pan with bread or croutons. Add in layers, Cheddar cheese, Monterey Jack cheese, ham, Swiss cheese and onion.
Mix eggs, milk, half and half and dried mustard. Pour this mixture over all layered ingredients in a pan.
Place in the refrigerator overnight.
Bake for 45 to 60 minutes.
In large skillet over medium heat, melt margarine and toss in bread cubes, stirring until coated well.
Brown lightly. Continue to stir until evenly brown.
Set aside.
In bowl, beat eggs, milk, flour and mustard together until well mixed.
Add cheese, broccoli and ham.
Place bread in a greased 8 x 11-inch pan.
Pour egg mixture over top.
Refrigerate overnight.

Mix ingredients together and pour into a 9 x 13-inch glass baking dish.

Bake casserole for about 50 minutes or until lightly browned around edges and set in center.
Layer half of potatoes, onion, carrots and ham in a 2-quart baking dish.
Combine soup, milk and pepper to make sauce.
Pour half of sauce over vegetables and ham.
Add remaining ingredients (vegetables and ham).
Top with remaining sauce.
Cover with foil and bake for 1 hour at 375\u00b0.
Remove cover and sprinkle with cheese.
Bake another 10 minutes.
Serves 6.
Use a 9 x 13 baking pan.
Whip eggs with onion, green pepper, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce and dry mustard.
Pour over bread slices.
Cover with 3 cups milk.
Let stand overnight. Before baking, pour a little melted butter over all.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for one hour.
Melt butter and saute onions until soft. Sift flour and seasonings into the mixture and cook for 1 minute.
Add milk and cream.
Stir until the sauce thickens.
Cook 2 minutes.
Fold chicken and ham (or bacon) and turn into a greased casserole dish.
Top with bread crumbs and cheese.
Bake at 190 degrees c until top is golden brown.
When making this meal for my family, I usually double it.
Place eggs, curry powder, mayonnaise, garlic chives and coriander in a bowl. Mix until well combined.
Place 2 lettuce leaves along 1 short end of 1 sheet lavash bread. Top with one-quarter of egg mixture and one-quarter of ham. Season with salt and pepper. Roll up firmly.
Repeat with remaining lavash, lettuce, egg mixture and ham. Serve.
Saute green pepper and onion in oleo.
Mix cheese and milk well.
Add this to vegetables, macaroni and ham; mix well.
Spoon into 1 1/2-quart casserole.
Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.

Cut into cubes, put into greased baking dish.
Blend rest of the ingredients together.

Let stand for 24 hours in refrigerator.

Fix au gratin potatoes according to the package and put into cake pan.
Slice ham into small pieces and add to potatoes. Defrost broccoli and add to potatoes and ham.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Dice potatoes, salt and boil until done.
Chop onion very fine and spread in large square casserole dish.
Drain most of the water from pot.
Pour rest of the water and potatoes into dish.
Cover with foil and let set until cool.
Then spread thin layer of mayonnaise over potatoes.
Sprinkle black pepper and ham (cut into small pieces) over potatoes.
Grate cheese and layer on top.
Cover with foil.
Cook at 350\u00b0 for about 30 minutes or until cheese melts.
Boil chicken; take meat off bones and chop up.
Put chicken and ham in baking dish.
Mix soup, milk, onions, green pepper and celery together and cook until boiling.
Thicken if needed.
Pour over chicken and ham.
Sprinkle with cracker crumbs.
Bake until cracker crumbs are brown.
