Egg And Ham Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 slices white bread (no crust)
8 slices ham (to cover bread)
8 slices Cheddar cheese (over ham)
8 more slices white bread (no crust on top)
6 eggs, whipped
2 Tbsp. minced onion
3 Tbsp. minced green pepper
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation

Use a 9 x 13 baking pan.
Whip eggs with onion, green pepper, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce and dry mustard.
Pour over bread slices.
Cover with 3 cups milk.
Let stand overnight. Before baking, pour a little melted butter over all.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for one hour.
