Broccoli Egg And Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. margarine
8 large eggs
3 Tbsp. flour
1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
1 1/2 c. broccoli florets, blanched
1 loaf day old French bread, cubed (3 c.)
3 c. milk
1 Tbsp. dry mustard
1/4 lb. Swiss cheese, grated
2 c. cooked ham, diced into 1-inch cubes
Preparation

In large skillet over medium heat, melt margarine and toss in bread cubes, stirring until coated well.
Brown lightly. Continue to stir until evenly brown.
Set aside.
In bowl, beat eggs, milk, flour and mustard together until well mixed.
Add cheese, broccoli and ham.
Place bread in a greased 8 x 11-inch pan.
Pour egg mixture over top.
Refrigerate overnight.
Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Bake 1 hour or until eggs are set.
Yield:
6 to 8 servings.
