Egg And Ham Casserole(Prepared The Evening Before) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. Cheddar cheese
3/4 c. hot pepper or Monterey Jack cheese
2 to 3 c. chunked ham
3/4 c. Swiss cheese
1 medium chopped onion
8 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
1 pt. half and half (I use Carnation milk)
1 tsp. dried mustard
Preparation

Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Line the pan with bread or croutons. Add in layers, Cheddar cheese, Monterey Jack cheese, ham, Swiss cheese and onion.
Mix eggs, milk, half and half and dried mustard. Pour this mixture over all layered ingredients in a pan.
Place in the refrigerator overnight.
Bake for 45 to 60 minutes.
