Melt butter in 9 x 12-inch pan. Mix all ingredients together except fruit. Spread mixture loosely over bottom of pan. Spoon fruit over mixture. DO NOT STIR. Bake at 400\u00b0 until golden brown, about 30 minutes.

Combine egg, sugar, milk and vanilla and beat until thick. Stir in mix and drop by spoonfuls over fruit.
