Easy Fruit Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. fruit (apples, cherries or peaches)
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 1/3 c. pancake mix
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 egg
    1/4 c. milk
Preparation
    Combine fruit, 3/4 cup sugar and cinnamon in 1-quart baking dish.
    Combine egg, sugar, milk and vanilla and beat until thick. Stir in mix and drop by spoonfuls over fruit.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes or until top is brown.
    Serve warm with ice cream or Cool Whip.
