Dice crab meat so it is tiny pieces; put lemon juice over or squeeze fresh lemon on crab meat.
Put 2 to 3 tablespoons of sour cream with crab meat and mix.
Stuff mushrooms with mixture; cover with Mozzarella cheese and Cheddar cheese.
Bake at 325\u00b0 to 350\u00b0 for about 20 minutes or until mushrooms are soft and cheese is melted.

Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Grease shallow baking dish with vegetable oil (I use the kind from a spray can)
Wash and dry completely the monk fish, season both sides of the fillets with salt and pepper
Divide the crab meat into four equal size portions and place the crab on each fillet, roll up and secure with a tooth pick.
Top each rolled fillet with 1 1/2 Tablespoon of mushroom soup
Place fillets in greased dish (uncovered)bake for 25 minutes

Stuff rock with crab mixture and sew or skewer opening closed.

Bake at 400\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with fork.
Garnish with lemon slices dipped in parsley.
Serves 6 to 8.

Saute onions in oleo until soft.
Add flour and smooth into oleo.
Do not brown.
Add milk, stirring to prevent lumping.
Add sour cream and crab meat.

Spoon equal amount of crab meat sauce on each fillet.
Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Garnish with parsley, lemon and paprika.
Saute celery, green pepper, garlic and parsley in butter for 10 minutes; cool.
Combine bread crumbs, cream, raw and cooked eggs, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, thyme, Tabasco sauce, salt and crab meat with vegetables.
Stuff cleaned and stemmed mushroom caps.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour in a covered dish.
Remove from oven.
Sprinkle shredded cheese on top of mushrooms and cover. Serve.
Mix eggs, pepper, mustard, onion and parsley.
When all mixed, add salad dressing and crab meat.
Mix and shape for cakes and fry until brown in oil.

In a small saucepan, cook spinach over low heat without adding water.
In a skillet heat oil.
Add onion and chilies.
Fry for 3 or 4 minutes until lightly browned.

Combine mushrooms, onion, crab, bread crumbs and flounder; salt and pepper to taste, mixing well.
Cut fillets into 8 pieces and spread each piece with crab meat mixture.
Roll to enclose filling and place seam side down in a shallow baking pan.
