Fish Or Crab Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 eggs, beaten with fork
2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 small onion, minced
1 tsp. parsley
1/2 c. salad dressing
1 lb. fish or crab meat
bread crumbs

Preparation

Mix eggs, pepper, mustard, onion and parsley.
When all mixed, add salad dressing and crab meat.
Mix and shape for cakes and fry until brown in oil.
