Spinach With Crab Meat - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 oz. pkg. frozen, chopped spinach
    1/3 c. oil
    1 large onion, chopped
    2 dried chilies
    4 cloves garlic, minced
    1 c. flaked crab meat or 6 oz. can tuna
    1/2 tsp. turmeric
    salt to taste
    4 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
Preparation
    In a small saucepan, cook spinach over low heat without adding water.
    In a skillet heat oil.
    Add onion and chilies.
    Fry for 3 or 4 minutes until lightly browned.
    Add garlic and cook 1 minute. Stir in crab meat and turmeric.
    Cook 1 minute.
    Stir in spinach and cook 5 minutes over low heat.
    Add salt.
    Sprinkle with lime juice and serve immediately with rice.
    Yields 4 servings.
