Flour lightly and brown in heavy skillet.
Pour water on and simmer 1 to 1 1/2 hours.

Pound steak to 1/3 inch thickness.
Cut into six pieces. Combine the onion, butter, bread crumbs, celery, parsley flakes, salt, poultry seasoning and pepper.
Place 1/3 cup on each piece of steak; roll up and fasten with a toothpick; roll in flour.
In a large skillet, brown roll-ups in oil.
Combine soup, water and browning sauce if desired; pour over roll-ups.
Cover and simmer for 2 hours or until meat is tender, turning occasionally.
Yield: 6 servings.

Thinly spread mustard on top.

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Pound steak with meat pounder or have run through tenderizer, flattening to 1/4-inch thick. Beat egg and 1 tablespoon catsup together.
Stir in crumbs and celery.
Spoon onto steak.
Bring edges of steak up and roll into long roll.
Place in baking dish.
Mix 1/2 cup catsup, mustard, water and syrup; pour over steak.
Cover with bacon strips. Cover with foil.
Bake 1 hour.
Slice and serve with drippings.

Flour each piece of steak and place a piece of bacon cut to the size of strip of meat.
Place a small amount of diced onion on bacon strip.

In a skillet put a small amount of oil.
Fry the steak pieces until brown.
Pour water over.
Roll up and cover until done, about an hour.
Makes it's own gravy.
Serve with mashed potatoes or noodles.

Prepare stuffing using package directions.

Rub steak with garlic; sprinkle with 1 teaspoon salt and the pepper.
Cut meat crosswise into 4 to 6 serving pieces.
In large skillet, cook bacon.
Drain bacon; reserve 2 tablespoons drippings in skillet.
Place slice of bacon on each piece of meat, roll up and secure with wooden picks.
Coat rolls with flour.
Brown rolls in the reserved bacon drippings over medium heat.

Brush top side with melted butter.
Salt and pepper each one.

Place meat in receptacle.
