Steak Roll Up - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 round steak
    1/2 c. onion
    1/2 c. celery
    1/2 c. bell pepper
    1/2 c. bacon, cooked and crunbled
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Place onion, celery, pepper and bacon on steak an roll up like a jelly roll.
    Secure with string or toothpicks.
    Flour lightly and brown in heavy skillet.
    Pour water on and simmer 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
    Good and easy.
