Round Steak Roll-Ups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 round steak
    garlic salt to taste
    pepper to taste
    onion slices
    dried onion
    mushrooms, sliced (optional)
    mustard
    Velveeta cheese slices
Preparation
    Spread mustard over all steak, cover with onion slices and mushrooms.
    Sprinkle garlic salt, pepper and dried onion.
    Roll up into meat roll and tie with meat string.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until done to your taste.
    Slice into pinwheels to serve.
