Steak Roll - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 round steak
4 slices bread, crumbled
1 egg
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 1/2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
1/4 pkg. onion soup mix powder
1/4 c. sliced mushrooms
Preparation

In large mixing bowl, mix bread crumbs, egg, seasoning, onion soup and mushrooms.
Lay steak out flat and spread stuffing mixture on it.
Then roll steak up and tie with string.
Place steak roll in shallow baking dish and cover with foil, shiny side in.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until done.
