Steak Roll-Ups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. round steak (1/4 to 1/2 inch thick)
    1 1/2 c. day-old bread crumbs
    1 Tbsp. chopped onions (fine)
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. sage
    dash of poultry seasoning
    dash of pepper
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation
    Cut steak into 4 pieces; season.
    Pound flour into one side. Combine remaining ingredients with just enough water to moisten. Place small amount of stuffing on each steak on unfloured side. Roll up and tie with string.
