Drain.
Mix soups with a little milk in a saucepan and warm slightly.
In a large baking dish layer:
ground beef-onion mixture, sauerkraut and drained noodles. Pour soup mixture over layers.
Cover well.
Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Sprinkle cheese on top and bake 30 minutes more.
Bake with lid on baking dish.
Brown meat in skillet.
Add onions and celery.
Cook until onions are transparent.
Stir in sauerkraut, noodles, soup and mushrooms; season with salt and pepper.
Spoon into a greased 2-quart casserole dish.
Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours or until meat is tender.
Stir occasionally.
Serves 6 to 8.
Brown beef and onion together; drain fat. Layer half of the beef onion mixture in a 7x11 inch baking dish. Cover with Sauerkraut and top with the remaining meat-onion mixture. Put uncooked noodles on the top. Spread soups over the noodles. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Sprinkle cheese on top and bake 30 minute more.
