German Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large can sauerkraut (undrained)
1 large green pepper, chopped fine
1 medium onion, diced
1 c. celery, diced
1 (2 oz.) jar pimento, drained
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. white wine vinegar
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Combine ingredients.
Cover and chill overnight.
Drain before serving.
Serve as side dish or relish for bratwurst or burgers. Will keep one week.
