Sweet Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

32 oz. sauerkraut, rinsed and drained
1 c. chopped celery
1 green pepper, chopped (optional)
1 small onion, finely chopped
3/4 to 1 c. sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. oil
Preparation

Mix sugar, vinegar and oil well.
Pour over remaining ingredients; toss.
Cover and chill 3 to 24 hours.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
Great side dish with brats or Polish sausage.
