Chicken Spaghetti

Boil chicken; reserve broth.
Chop chicken; set aside and boil noodles in broth.
Salt onion and bell pepper; add Ro-Tel and pimento.
Cook until bubbling; reduce heat.
Chop cheese in small pieces; add to Ro-Tel mixture.
When cheese melts, add chopped chicken.
Drain noodles and add to Ro-Tel and chicken mixture. Simmer for 15 minutes.

Chicken And Ro-Tel

Mix prepared rice with chicken and Ro-Tel.
Simmer and serve. Serves 4.

King Ranch Chicken

Boil chicken; debone and pull into pieces.
Dip tortillas into boiling broth.
Cover bottom of 13 x 9-inch pan or 2 small pans with tortilla pieces (whole).
Layer chicken; sprinkle onion, etc. Season with chili powder and garlic.
Mix soups together.
Spoon on top of casserole.
Add layer of cheese (sprinkle); start another layer.
After 2 layers, add Ro-Tel and arrange on top (check for Ro-Tel juice to 1/2 depth of casserole; add chicken broth if needed).
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.

Mexican Chicken

Boil chicken breasts until done.
Shred chicken into small pieces and set aside.
Mix soup and Ro-Tel together and add chicken.
Crush Doritos and put them in the bottom of a 3-quart casserole dish.
Pour mixture of soup, Ro-Tel and chicken over chips.
Top with cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until cheese is melted.

Ro-Tel Chicken Spaghetti

In a bowl mix together the soup, broth& Ro-tel tomatoes.
In a 13x9 greased casserole dish layer as follows: Spaghetti, Chicken, Soup mix, Cheese.
Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven until heated through and cheese melts about 30-45 minutes.
As soon as you remove from the oven stir to mix well, adding salt and pepper to taste.

Chicken Spaghetti

Saute chopped bell pepper and onion in butter. If using chicken breast, cut up into small pieces and saute with peppers and onions. Add the 2 cans of soup, the Ro-Tel and chicken (if not already added) and simmer for 20 minutes, adding broth as needed. Add cheese and let simmer for 10 more minutes. Add more broth as needed. Serve over cooked spaghetti. Makes a lot, but freezes well. Serve with rolls or garlic toast.

Ro-Tel Chicken

Boil and debone chicken (save stock).
Boil vermicelli in broth; drain.
Saute bell peppers and onion in butter.
In a large bowl, mix vermicelli, peas and mushrooms.
Add Ro-Tel tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce and salt and pepper to taste.
Mix in the chicken and Velveeta cheese (cut into small pieces).
Mix together and bake in casserole dish at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Makes a lot.

King Ranch Chicken

Dice chicken and cook in pan; drain juice. In pot; combine cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, ro-tel and chicken stock. Cook on low to medium heat, stirring often. Layer chips in a 9 X 13 X 2 inch pan. Sprinkle
1/2 of onions over chips. Add 1/2 of the chicken (and half of mushrooms and olives, optional). Sprinkle cheese over chicken. Repeat with another layer of each. Pour soup mixture over all. Add cheese on top and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

Mexican Chicken And Rice Casserole

Cook, debone and dice chicken.
Dump chicken with onion and cook until onion is tender.
Pour broth and salsa or Ro-Tel into chicken mixture.
Bring to a boil and stir in Minute rice.
Turn heat off.
Cover for 5 minutes (rice will cook in the 5 minutes). Top with shredded cheese.
The cheese will melt without returning to heat.

Chicken Spaghetti

Boil chicken until done. Boil spaghetti in broth from chicken. (If not enough add the can of chicken broth). Debone chicken while noodles are cooking. Cut up cheese into blocks (small). Place cheese and milk in pot; melt over low heat. After cheese sauce is melted, add mushrooms, Ro-Tel and chicken together. When noodles are at your desired tenderness, add sauce with noodles and season to desired taste. Enjoy your dinner.

Mexican Chicken Casserole

Mix together soups, broth and Ro-Tel (cook chicken and retain broth for use in this recipe); heat thoroughly.
Layer in order: crushed Doritos, soup mixture, chicken, onion and cheese.
Make 2 layers.
Top layer should be Doritos and cheese.
Bake for 30 minutes at 400\u00b0 until cheese melts.

Chicken Rotel

Boil chicken in salt water; cool and debone.
Take 1 1/2 quarts broth from chicken and boil vermicelli in it.
Do not drain.
Saute bell pepper, celery and onion in margarine; add this to vermicelli along with Ro-Tel tomatoes, chicken and cheese. Heat until cheese is melted.
Bake in casserole dish at 350\u00b0 until bubbly.

Chicken Spaghetti

Brown onion and bell pepper.
Add Velveeta cheese until melted.
Add mushroom soup, chicken soup, Ro-Tel and chicken. Pour sauce over cooked, drained spaghetti.

Chicken Burritos

Boil chicken breast until done. Drain and shred chicken. In pot/saucepan, add Ro-Tel to chicken and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes.

Mexican Chicken

Saute onion in oleo.
Add soup, Ro-Tel and chicken.
Mix well. In baking dish, place layers of tortillas, chicken mixture and cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.

Chicken Spaghetti

Cook and debone chicken, saving broth.
Combine Ro-Tel tomatoes, chicken, onions and celery in broth.
Cook spaghetti in this mixture until done.
When done, add remaining ingredients. Simmer for 15 minutes.
Pour into greased pans and sprinkle with grated cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Will make three 8 x 8-inch pans.
If freezing, do not place grated cheese on top until you remove from freezer.

Mexican Chicken

Boil and debone chicken; place in a large casserole dish. Sprinkle chicken with garlic salt and pepper.
Dice onion over chicken.
Slice Velveeta cheese over chicken.
Sprinkle 1/2 bag crushed Doritos over cheese.
In a separate bowl mix cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, Ro-Tel and chicken broth; mix well.
Pour over chicken.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
Then put the rest of Doritos on top and bake another 5 minutes.

King Ranch Rotel Chicken

Preheat oven to 325\u00b0. In a large saucepan, cook pepper and onion in melted butter until tender. Add soups, Ro-Tel and chicken, stirring until well blended. In a greased 9 x 13-inch baking pan, put a layer of torn tortillas, soup mixture and cheese, repeating for 3 layers. Bake 40 minutes or until hot and bubbling.

Chicken Rotel

Cook chicken breasts, debone and cube meat.
Cook egg noodles in chicken broth. Drain noodles.
Mix soups, Ro-Tel tomatoes, chicken and egg noodles. Shred cheese and mix with chicken mixture. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes or until bubbly.

Mexican Chicken Casserole

Boil chicken and debone.
Combine chicken, soups, onion and Ro-Tel and chicken broth.
Crush Doritos.
Put half of it on bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.
Then spread mixture on.
Then put on rest of Doritos.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0. Cover with foil.
