Mexican Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 chicken, deboned and cooked
1 medium onion, chopped
1 Tbsp. oleo
2 cans cream of chicken soup
10 oz. can Ro-Tel
1 pkg. corn tortillas or can substitute tortilla chips
1 lb. Cheddar cheese, shredded
Preparation

Saute onion in oleo.
Add soup, Ro-Tel and chicken.
Mix well. In baking dish, place layers of tortillas, chicken mixture and cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
