My Mama'S Scalloped Corn

Grease a 2 quart casserole dish.
Pour in the 2 cans of cream style corn.
Slightly beat the 3 eggs and mix into the corn.
With your hands, crush the crackers right in the sleeve, being careful not to pop open the ends, and pour them into the corn mixture.
Mix together well.
Dot the top with butter.
Bake in a 350 degree oven for 45 minutes or until the top is lightly browned and the scalloped corn is set (use a table knife to check).

Scalloped Corn Casserole

In small bowl, combine corn, milk, onion, green pepper, salt and pepper.
Put 1/2 of corn mixture into quart casserole dish. Layer half the cheese and half the bread crumbs.
Layer remaining corn and cheese.
Mix remaining crumbs with melted butter and cover corn and cheese with crumb mixture.
Bake 30 minutes at 375\u00b0.

The last 5 minutes, sprinkle grated cheese on top to brown lightly.

Combine the corn and about a dozen saltine cracker crumbs.
Add the green pepper and milk.
Season with salt and pepper.
Pour into casserole.
Roll 8 to 10 crackers into crumbs.

Scalloped Corn Casserole

Fry bacon, drain and set aside. Cook onion and green pepper in 3 tablespoons of the bacon drippings then add cracker crumbs to the skillet with the green pepper and onions and brown just a little. Set this aside. Combine corn, eggs, pimentos, milk, salt and pepper (mixing with a spoon) and pour into sprayed 2 quart casserole dish. Sprinkle green peppers, onion and cracker crumbs over the top. Next, sprinkle on the cheese and crumble the bacon slices on the cheese.
Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 45 to 50 minutes.

Creamy Scalloped Corn Casserole

Set oven to 350 degrees.
Butter an 11 x 7-inch baking dish or a medium casserole dish.
In a large bowl mix together all ingredients except the Parmesan cheese until well combined.
Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
Bake for about 45-50 minutes.
