Scalloped Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. evaporated milk
    2 eggs, well beaten
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    2 pkg. (10 oz. each) frozen corn, thawed
Preparation
    Melt butter, stir in sugar and flour until well blended. Remove from heat.
    Gradually stir in milk, add eggs, and baking powder.
    Mix well.
    Fold in corn.
    Turn into 1 1/2-quart buttered casserole, a low flat dish works best.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
    Yields 6 to 8 servings.
