Scalloped Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. oleo
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. flour
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. whole corn or 2 cans creamed corn
    2 eggs, well beaten
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. evaporated milk
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Melt oleo in medium saucepan.
    Stir in sugar and flour until well blended.
    Remove from heat.
    Stir in milk gradually.
    Add eggs and baking powder; mix well.
    Fold in corn, turn into buttered pan or casserole dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
