Scalloped Corn Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can cream-style corn
12 saltine crackers, crushed
1 section green pepper, cut up fine
1 c. milk
salt and pepper
8 to 10 crackers, rolled into crumbs
about 1 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Combine the corn and about a dozen saltine cracker crumbs.
Add the green pepper and milk.
Season with salt and pepper.
Pour into casserole.
Roll 8 to 10 crackers into crumbs.
Melt the butter and stir in cracker crumbs; spread over top just before putting into oven.
Cook approximately 1 hour at 375\u00b0 or until top is well browned.
