For Potatoes:
Place potatoes into a large pot
Peel and thinly slice potatoes and place in a

Fold into cooked potato cubes. Spread into a buttered 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
Top with shredded cheese, sprinkle lightly with paprika.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
