Potatoes Romanoff(Servings: 6. Preparation Time: 1 Hour And 30 Minutes.) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 potatoes, quartered
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. sour cream
    4 whole green onions, sliced
    1 1/4 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. black pepper
    paprika to taste
Preparation
    Boil potatoes until tender.
    Mash with butter, sour cream, onions, 3/4 cup cheese, salt and pepper.
    Turn mixture into buttered 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
    Sprinkle with remaining cheese and paprika.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
