Potatoes Romanoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 potatoes
    3/4 c. sour cream
    3 oz. softened cream cheese
    1/4 c. milk
    1/4 c. margarine
    3/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 c. grated onion
    3/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Boil potatoes in skins just until tender.
    Chill in refrigerator.
    When chilled, grate potatoes.
    Mix sour cream, cream cheese, milk, margarine, 3/4 cup grated cheese, salt, pepper, onion and grated potatoes.
    Put in 9 x 12-inch baking dish.
    Sprinkle with 3/4 cup grated cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes.
