Potatoes Romanoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large potatoes, peeled
    1/4 tsp. salt
    water
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    2 green onions, minced
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 1/2 c. cottage cheese
    1 c. shredded Swiss or Cheddar cheese
    4 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
Preparation
    Cover potatoes with water and add salt.
    Simmer potatoes for about 25 minutes until cooked.
    Dice potatoes into 1/2-inch cubes.
    Mix potatoes with garlic, onions, salt, sour cream and cottage cheese. Fold into buttered 1 1/2-quart casserole dish. Top with cheese and bake for about 35 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Garnish with parsley and serve.
