Potatoes Romanoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium potatoes
    1 c. sour cream
    4 scallions or medium, minced onion
    1 1/4 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    paprika
Preparation
    Cook potatoes until tender; drain.
    Chop coarsely or shred. Combine with all the other ingredients except for 1/3 the cheese and paprika.
    Pour in shallow baking dish.
    Put remaining cheese and paprika on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
