Potatoes Romanoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. diced, cooked potatoes
    2 tsp. salt
    2 c. creamed cottage cheese
    1 c. sour cream
    1/4 c. finely chopped green onions
    1 small clove garlic (optional)
    1/2 c. shredded cheese
    paprika
Preparation
    Use 1/2 teaspoon of the salt in potatoes.
    Drain cooked potatoes and dice them.
    Combine cottage cheese, sour cream, onion, garlic and remaining salt.
    Fold into cooked potato cubes. Spread into a buttered 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
    Top with shredded cheese, sprinkle lightly with paprika.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
    Yield: 6 servings.
