Potatoes Romanoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 potatoes (baked)
    1 pt. sour cream
    scallions
    1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    paprika
Preparation
    Bake potatoes.
    While warm, shred potatoes into buttered casserole dish (2-quart).
    Stir in all other ingredients, saving 1/2 cup cheese and paprika for top.
    Cover and refrigerate for several hours or overnight.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
