Fresh Pineapple Dip

Half the pineapple lengthwise.
Cut out pineapple meat.
Turn halves to drain.
Refrigerate.
Taste pineapple.
If it does not taste good, use canned pineapple.
Combine cream cheese, sugar and pineapple.

Core and peel pineapple.
Crush 1/2 of pineapple with a potato masher.

Mash avocados with a fork until well blended with juice.
Add pineapple meat and Old Bay to avocados. Mix well. Chill before serving.
This dip is wonderful with fresh fruit; bread sticks, crackers.

Beat cream cheese at medium speed of an electric mixer until light and fluffy.
Add yogurt, lemon juice, orange rind and coconut extract.
Beat until smooth.
Stir in pineapple.
Cover dip, and chill thoroughly.

Mix softened cream cheese and sour cream well.
Add parmesan, onion and ham. Drain pineapple well and add to mixture.

In a medium bowl, mix together cream cheese, crushed pineapple, onion powder and garlic. Mix in reserved juice from pineapple as desired. Chill in the refrigerator until serving.

Aloha Chicken With Pineapple Dip

Whisk pineapple with its juice and honey in a bowl until combined.
Season chicken cubes with salt and pepper and place in a plastic bag covered with 2/3 of the pineapple sauce.
Refrigerate for at least an hour.
Place chicken on baking pan lined with foil and broil on middle rack for 6-8 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
For dipping sauce: While chicken is broiling, put the remaining sauce in a saucepan and cook over medium heat for 1 minute or until thickened.
