Joan'S Pineapple Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 whole pineapple
1 egg
1 Tbsp. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1 (12 oz.) container Cool Whip
Preparation

Core and peel pineapple.
Crush 1/2 of pineapple with a potato masher.
Put the crushed pineapple into a saucepan.
Add beaten egg, flour and sugar.
Mix well.
Heat on low heat until thickened.
Allow to cool thoroughly, then add Cool Whip.
Mix well.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Cut remaining pineapple into chunks to serve with dip.
