Pineapple Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium can crushed pineapple
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. flour
    8 oz. cream cheese, softened
    2 c. (1 medium) Cool Whip
Preparation
    Mix pineapple, sugar, egg and flour.
    Cook over medium heat until thick, stirring constantly.
    When cool, add cream cheese and Cool Whip.
    Mix with a whisk.
    Refrigerate.
    Serve with sliced fruit such as apples, pears and strawberries.
