Summer Pineapple Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can Libby's minted pineapple, drained
    1 small carton sour cream
    coconut
Preparation
    Toast coconut in butter in frypan or in oven; stir often.
    Dip pineapple in sour cream, then roll in coconut.
    Serve with toothpicks.
