Pineapple Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pt. sour cream
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    12 Mother's macaroon cookies
    1 tsp. pineapple extract
Preparation
    Crush cookies and mix all ingredients together.
    Refrigerate several hours.
    If using a fresh pineapple, hollow out and pour dip in pineapple.
    Refrigerate overnight (do not use extract).
