Fresh Pineapple Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 fresh pineapple
4 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 c. powdered sugar
1 large can crushed pineapple, drained
Preparation

Half the pineapple lengthwise.
Cut out pineapple meat.
Turn halves to drain.
Refrigerate.
Taste pineapple.
If it does not taste good, use canned pineapple.
Combine cream cheese, sugar and pineapple.
Refrigerate until serving.
Put dip in pineapple halves and surround with gingersnaps.
This is pretty and so good.
