Pineapple Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. low-fat cottage cheese
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    3 Tbsp. chopped ginger
    1 Tbsp. honey
    1 medium size pineapple, peeled, cored and cut into chunks
Preparation
    Place cottage cheese and lemon juice in electric blender and blend until smooth.
    Add ginger and honey and place in a serving bowl.
    Spear pineapple chunks with toothpicks and set in the dip or arrange around bowl.
