TO MAKE BASIC PORK SAUSAGE RECIPE: Place ground pork into a large bowl. Measure and distribute ingredient items evenly over pork. Wearing kitchen gloves, combine mixture using hands until thoroughly blended. Brown pork sausage in skillet, or cook according to recipe directions.
TO MAKE VARIATION SAUSAGE RECIPE: Add specified additional ingredients before mixing. Brown in skillet, or cook according to recipe directions.
In a large saucepan place the apple jelly and mustard. Heat through until the apple jelly is liquid and stir to mix.
Mix both sausages together and shape into bite-sized balls.
Drop carefully into the jelly/mustard mixture.
Bring to a boil and cook for 30-35 minutes, stirring frequently.
Test a sausage ball by splitting in two to see if done.
When finished the sausage balls will have a glaze.
Remove from the sauce to a plate and serve with toothpicks.
If you like you may make additional sauce for dipping.
Fry sausage in heavy skillet over medium heat and stir to break up.
Pour off grease, add cheese and lower heat.
Stir until cheese melts and blends with sausage.
Spread on party rye and broil until lightly browned, or freeze until ready to use.

Add just enough water to shape in small balls on cookie sheet.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
In large bowl, blend pancake mix, sausage and water until well mixed. Add cheese and thoroughly mix. Form into balls (about 40). Place on lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake at 375\u00b0 for about 12 minutes or until brown.
Cut and brown sausage.
Blend cornstarch and water.
Combine with 1/2 cup pineapple syrup, Karo, vinegar and salt in skillet. Bring to boil; simmer 5 minutes.
Add all other ingredients.
Heat and serve.
