Party Sausage Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. hot pork sausage
    4 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 c. biscuit mix
Preparation
    Let sausage come
    to room temperature.\tPreheat oven to 325\u00b0. Combine by hand the
    sausage
    and cheese in a bowl; add biscuit mix and blend
    thoroughly.\tRoll
    into small balls and place on an ungreased baking sheet.
    Bake for 30 minutes.
    May be served hot or cold.
