Party Sausage Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 lb. sausage
1 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
biscuit mix

Preparation

Let sausage come to room temperature.
Heat oven at 325\u00b0.
With hands, combine cheese and sausage.
Add biscuit mix and blend thoroughly.
Roll into marble size balls and place on ungreased baking sheet.
Bake for 30 minutes.
Serve hot or cold.
Makes about 60 balls.
